Prepared and managed the $988m budget. Responsible for maintaining and reporting all project controls of budget, cost and projected risks to management commitments. Managed Sales Tax Credit with State. Manager of the commercial transition between construction management firms as the first under performed. During the late stages of BioNext I was assigned the completion and start up of the CUB, Quality Control Lab, Warehouse, & Wastewater Pump Station as Senior Project Manager.
