I reconcile bank statements for each property and generate financial reports which are distributed to stakeholders. Manage the insurance renewal process, negotiating between insurance brokers, lenders and syndicators to obtain the best possible rates for the all insurances for the property portfolio. Responsible for accounts payable, identify items for all properties that meet the replacement reserve requirements and put together reports to the lenders requesting the properties be reimbursed for those items from the reserve accounts. Assist with the annual audits for all the properties.
