Boynton Town Center Boynton Beach, FL (2006 2008)
Managed development of this mixed-use project consisting of 400,000 SF of retail and 10,000 SF of office space. Major tenants include Super Target, Best Buy, Linens-N-Things, and Total Wine.
Facilitated predevelopment activities including engineering and architectural design, due diligence, concurrency, permitting, bond and impact fee requirements, which ensured timely project commencement.
Coordinated execution of site work, vertical construction, tenant upfits, landscaping, irrigation, public art installation and signage, as well as internal roadway and bridge construction, required for overall project completion.
Reviewed proposals, analyzed bids, negotiated and administered contracts for numerous disciplines of contractors and consultants, resulting in successful close-out of each.
Assisted in the establishment, management and reporting of the project budget which totaled $110M+. Performed cost analyses to determine savings through value engineering.

Coordinated construction of roadwork for this offsite project associated with the Boynton Town Center development, consisting of a complex road widening situated in a tight residential corridor.
Worked through an extensive design process, stringent permit requirements, multiple right-of-way issues and utility conflicts, which resulted in acquisition of all required permits.
Communicated with residents affected by the roadwork that necessitated negotiation and execution of temporary construction easements by individual homeowners.
Facilitated improvements to city-owned water and sewer utility lines in addition to replacement of an existing vehicular bridge.
Assisted with creation and administration of joint funding agreements.

Gateway Boulevard Roadway Improvements Boynton Beach, FL (2007 2008)
Supervised all components of this offsite project associated with the Boynton Town Center development, consisting of approximately one-mile of road widening and rehabilitation of two signalized intersections.
Participated in numerous preconstruction activities including roadway design, utility coordination meetings, right-of-way transactions, and permitting.
Reviewed proposals, procured lowest bidders and negotiated contracts for road and signal work, all completed within budgeted limits.
Organized inspections by third party inspectors and local jurisdictions that resulted in approval and successful turn over to the city.
