PROFILE OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Construction Project Management including comprehensive project reviews for multiple projects, monitoring of soil and concrete testing, overall project scheduling, compliance with the Statement of Special Inspections where applicable, field report preparations, site visits for quality assurance and technician coordination, meetings with client, contractor and required pre-construction and special inspection and building official representatives as required
Interpretation of project materials to complete qualitative and quantitative analysis for preparing project proposals and subsequent contracts; including legal consultations and client negotiations, master service agreements and task orders
Active and daily contact and management of field technicians and clients, field file updates on testing results,, Health and Safety Reports, review of field reports and related technical data, investigate potential deviations and take appropriate and immediate action, and office and staff meetings to train and review site activities through discussion and project reviews
Manage invoicing requirements and maintaining budget restraints and change orders when required
Manage requirements within the Statement of Special Inspections for projects within Connecticut and surrounding states initiating special inspection policies in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and beginning in New York.
