Project Manager: Responsible for the management of all phases of home delivery (new & renovations) including field staff, proper scope development, specifications, estimating and bid procurement, negotiations and award, contract execution and enforcement, build phase, quality control and accountability assessments, cost control and budget alignment and proper schedule management. In addition; assisted pre-construction department in negotiating volume purchasing discounts to maximum the optimum buying power to lower costs and managing the coordinating the delivery of those products.
Manage construction budgets that average over one million dollars monthly or between twelve to fifteen million dollars annually. In addition; monitor monthly expenditures and draw requests to ensure that our expenditures stay above the minimum to obtain construction incentive fees, also responsible for authorizing all payment requests (G703s) and retainage releases.
