Developed and implemented system to maintain and track a large company-wide inventory of survey equipment among foreman and project management.
Analyzed and evaluated companys aggregate stockpile loss problem. Created and implemented system of GPS surveying of aggregate stockpiles at 7 asphalt plants and several recycling sites, on a monthly basis, measuring inventory more frequently and more accurately, resulting in reliable control of inventory quantities.
