You will find 30 plus years in the Construction Management Business, from Superintendent of Construction for multiple housing, Project Manager and Vice President of Construction in both Commercial and Residential Construction, with extensive Site Work experience.
As a Project Manager for several New Home Development Builders,
I have managed up to 4 Superintendents with 65 employees. Performed duties as Department Head of Customer Service and set up new HOAs as acting President until enough homes were sold and a permanent President could be elected.
I have interacted and met with Planning Commissioners and City Council Members and had extensive committee meetings with Board of Directors in the construction of Country Clubs and Churches to include Public Speaking.
I have excellent budgeting skills with the ability to schedule and complete projects under budget and on time, to include Value Engineering.
