CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGEMENT: My experience in this area includes plan check for building and public works projects. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for agencies. Establish coordination with local City agencies, Fire and Police departments, construction site coordination between contractor and local agencies that are affected by the contractors daily work. Review and process payment applications, change orders, respond to RFIs, review contractors work schedules, process and review submittals, review cost analysis for projects between contractor and local agencies. Write specifications for public works projects. Review budget expenditures, prepare close out procedures for job project.
