2005-2008 Tinker Contracting Inc. Owner/foreman Job duties include general supervision over crews of 5-10 including sub-contractors. We specialized in high end composite and hardwood decks. Built room additions basement remodels and exterior roofing, siding, windows. Was also in charge of estimating job cost, performing job take-offs and developing project proposals. 2002-2005 S. Koenig Contracting inc. Lead Carpenter Job duties include framing new residential homes from the 300s. We performed most all the aspects of the build including drywall and finish, trim, cabinets, doors, custom staircase. We poured all of our concrete driveways and garage/basement floors as well as exteriors including siding, fascia, windows, sod, and grading. Was in charge of the home completion from dig to closing.
Special Skills: I am able to read structural blueprints as well as hand draw basic prints. I am also proficient in MS office, Quicken Business, Excel, internet, as well as most drawing programs. I have run jobs were scheduling and budget was of the greatest importance. I thrive when put in stressful situations or a short deadline. All while still being likeable to the employees/subs.

1997-2000 Ritenour High School St. John, Mo I graduated in spring 2000 with a 3.5 cumm. Gpa. Also studied college trig and geometry.
2000-2002 Apprenticeship in building trades with ConTech inc. Valley Park, MO Learned a lot about structural framing as well as high quality cabinets and trim.
