Job duties include framing new residential homes from the 300s. We performed most all the aspects of the build including drywall and finish, trim, cabinets, doors, custom staircase. We poured all of our concrete driveways and garage/basement floors as well as exteriors including siding, fascia, windows, sod, and grading. Was in charge of the home completion from dig to closing.

Special Skills:
I am able to read structural blueprints as well as hand draw basic prints. I am also proficient in MS office, Quicken Business, Excel, internet, as well as most drawing programs. I have run jobs were scheduling and budget was of the greatest importance. I thrive when put in stressful situations or a short deadline. All while still being likeable to the employees/subs.
