EXPERIENCE

HVAC: Hands on experience at all levels from journeyman through Project Management and Division Management. From the mid to 1990s until 2005, generally employed per project as the Hired Gun on distressed projects more often than not, taking total control at all levels both field and supervision. Primarily employed by B&I Contractors, FRS Inc., S.L. Page Corp, Hill York Co., Encompass Corp. and its subsidiaries, on a per project basis. Most recently I have been the Construction Manager at Lee Air, Durham, North Carolina.DESIGN: Provide design/redesign for HVAC mechanical systems with an emphasis on system installation, remote bridge design, USMC. Render technical, engineering and visual design for tradeshows, corporate display, museums, theme parks, and motion simulator theaters.

PRODUCTION: Schedule, operate, and manage HVAC commercial and industrial installation at all levels from mechanic to project management. Architectural drafting and industrial design training combined with hands on field experience and management skills have proven invaluable for on-site problem solving to meet contractual and code standards, schedules and requirements.

COMPETENCIES: Technical aptitude includes plan and project analysis, spec compliance, and design support. Management abilities involve manpower/budget projection and supervision. Real time supervision and management of job costing, equipment/ materials acquisition and handling, schedule of values management and control and cost to complete estimation/reporting.
