Residential Construction Senior Builder I have had the fortune to work with a very highly accomplished Builder in the Northern Va. Area for over 10 years starting processes such as custom production building and custom level building (Winchester Homes/Camberley Homes). I have been lucky enough to be one of the leaders within the company, attesting to Training / Customer Ratings / Production / Budgets / Starting Communities. I have received multiple merit awards, as well as an industry award for Best Superintendent 2007 DELAMAME.
Experience / Past Responsibilities Over the past 10 years I have utilized my Construction/Management knowledge building communities with over $20 million dollar budgets. I have a track record for being under budget, ahead of schedule and having the highest rating customer surveys.

Orchestrated the Production team to establish the new CAMBERLEY HOMES Division of WINCHESTER HOMES, Inc. - The Camberley Home Division was developed as a custom spin to the Your Home Your Way program of Winchester Homes to accommodate the upscale customer. This was challenging due to custom level building in a production time based field as well as developing/training new processes.
