Responsible for all types of carpentry from framing to final trim-work.
Responsible for all custom framing, lay-out and construction of radius walls, barrel vaults, barrel roofs, arches, all types of vaulted ceilings, nitches.
Design and fabricate finishing touches to home fronts for curb appeal.
Order materials and blueprint updates; consistently meet strict constraints.
Study blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed and dimensions of structures to be built. Ability to read and prepare layouts according to blueprints.
Install fixtures and hardware.
Sand and finish surfaces of woodwork.

General Contracted Building of my own 3 homes in Metro Area between 1992 and 2004
Preconstruction self-modification of blueprint.
Organization of all sub-contractors used. Coordination of material orders and deliveries.
Responsible for doing all framework, window, and door installation including overhead garage doors.
Shingling and all types of siding.
Insulation, taping, mudding, spray ceiling texture and paint.
Installation of flooring, tile and hardwood.
Finish carpentry includes sanding, staining of woodwork and installation of cabinets and hardware.
Involved with the project from start to finish.
