As a high-end/custom home Finish-Trim Foreman, I coordinate the duties and oversee the workmanship of crews typically consisting of ten or more employees. These employees are expected to provide superior workmanship with little error. It is my duty to guide these employees; ensuring projects are done correctly and efficiently. In addition to this duty, I consistently keep the hours and materials used under budget. Other duties include handling vendor relations and completing projects not assigned to other employees.

As an employee at The Bright Company I began my career path in construction. Here I learned the basics and mastered the skills of demolition, framing, sheet-rocking, taping, sanding, painting, staining, restoration, installation of doors and windows, and any other skills needed for remodeling or building a home. I was also responsible for some aspects of coordinating projects directly with the home or business owners.
