Managed the design and construction team for new hotels under development. Responsible for maintaining construction quality, budget, project schedule and overall design intent. Interfaced with hotel operations and top management to ensure a successful project. Duties included assessing new sites and buildings for conversion to new hotel developments. Additionally, studied design options for existing hotel renovations to enhance operation and revenue.
Developed Mondrian South Beach in Miami. This hotel residence contains 334 units, a spa, gym, lounge bar and an Asia de Cuba restaurant. Opened in December 2008 and has received rave reviews. Residences are currently 80% sold.
Developed Ames hotel in Boston This reworking of a historic building will comprise of 110 hotel units, a destination restaurant and bar.
Studied and presented upgrade options of the Delano hotel, including adding meeting room and retail space.
Designed and presented a re-working of the administrative offices of the Shore Club, Delano and Mondrian hotels in Miami into a consolidated regional office.

Managed retail and multi-family housing projects. Produced feasibility studies, which included zoning and area calculation diagrams for housing and mixed-use projects in New York City.
