Haydon Building Corp2008 to Present Senior Estimator for the General Engineering Division of HBC. Worked directly with the Chief Estimator selecting hard bid solicitation projects from governmental agencies for bid proposal presentation. Projects included all aspects of heavy highway, earth work, concrete, and underground utility scope. Projects ranged from $5,000,000.00 to $30,000,000.00 in value.

SJ Louis Construction2007 to 2008 Senior Estimator for Arizona Division of SJ Louis Construction. Responsible for Business Development, Estimating, and Project Management Oversight.

Highland Engineering2000 to 2007 Senior Estimator responsible for Business Development and Estimating. Responsible for taking a company from a yearly revenue of 14 million to 80 million plus in 5 years. Promoted to Division General Manager to over see the Arizona Operation in early 2006.

Hexagon Contracting1998 to 2000 General Manager for Pipeline Company with yearly revenues of 30 to 40 million. Responsible for day to day activities such as Business Development and Estimating, Project Management, Finances and Cash Flow, Field Operations, Material Procurement, Equipment Purchases, and adhering to Governmental Regulatory Requirements.

Regcon1995 to 1998 Estimator for Pipeline Company with yearly revenues of 30 to 40 million. Specialized in Residential and Public Pipeline Projects.

Uhler Inc.1989 to 1994 Field Superintendent building Sewer Lift Stations, Water Booster Stations, Well Sites, Storage Reservoirs, and Water and Sewer Treatment Plants. Specialized in retro fits of existing facilities. Responsible for all facets of construction that were done primarily in house such as Mass Excavation, Grading and Drainage, Cast in Place Concrete, Rebar, Yard Piping, Process Piping, Mechanical Equipment Installation, Building Construction, and Project Start Up. Also responsible for Scheduling and Coordinating Subcontractors.

Chandler Pipeline1985 to 1989 Owner of small pipeline company with yearly revenues of 4 to 5 million. Specialized in Residential and Commercial Pipeline Projects. Responsible for day to day activities such as Business Development and Estimating, Project Management, Field Operations, Material Procurement, Human Resources, and all Finances such as Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Shiya-Strephans Contracting1978 to 1985 -Worked as a heavy equipment operator running various types of equipment supporting Residential and Public Pipeline Projects Track Excavators, Loaders, Rubber Tired Backhoes, Motor Graders, Dozers, Ladder and Wheel Trenchers. Promoted to Job Superintendent responsible for day to day activities such as Project Scheduling, Directing and Coordinating Job Operations, Ordering Job Materials, and Interacting with Jurisdictional Authorities and Project Owners.
