July 2006- Jan. 2009 Vice President- Construction management Department Hess Mechanical Corp. /Comfort Systems USA Upper Marlboro, MD -As Vice President in charge of the construction management department I directly supervised 3 senior project managers, 3 project managers, 4 assistant project managers, 3 administrative assistants and the CAD department. I was directly responsible for day to day contract implementation, management and profitability of projects under construction. Approximate yearly volume - $50 million.

Upper Marlboro, MD Duties Include: - Subcontract negotiation and procurement - Major equipment procurement - Labor management and budget - Change order estimation and negotiation - Project scheduling and planning (utilize Microsoft projects & Sure Track software) - Documentation and tracking using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook - Submittal data review - Project budgets, controls and profitability
