6/2007 to 12/2008 DreamWorks Visions Supervisor

Hands on operation in the construction of high end homes. Interfaces with developers, home owners and sub contractors in the construction of these homes. Coordinates closely with suppliers assuring proper amounts of materials are on hand to complete tasks and on time scheduling is achieved. Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and building codes. Enforces corporate safety methodologies. Supervises up to fifteen employees and reports to the General Contractor/Developer.

1999 to 2007 D & A Services Owner /Proprietor

Operated a business in the home repair and maintenance field as hands on operation. Clientele included home owners, real estate companies, property management firms and investors. Extensive experience with the rehabilitation and repair of distraught properties making them affordable, desirable, saleable and profitable to the owner/investor. Responsible for day to day operations including estimating and the purchase of materials, budgeting, scheduling, payroll and accounts payable/receivable. The responsible agent for the bottom line, and achieved a profit by the end of the first year.
