Coordinated and maintained client relationships throughout the construction process. Prepared purchase orders and change orders and generally made sure the projects ran smoothly right through closing.
1976 1981 IVAN FRANKEL CONSTRUCTION CO. CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT * In charge of all phases of construction of production residential homes. Built 50 to 80 homes a year. Was in charge of all land development for the Avon Hills Subdivision. Also in charge of all closing lists of the homes.

Checked with subcontractors reported to the project superintendent. Kept homes clean and free of debris to make for a safe working environment.
