My duties involved on-site estimating and doing blueprint take-offs, the coordination of receiving all documents, blueprints, or any other relevant items necessary for commercial building projects. The projects I worked on ranged from schools and office buildings, to large multi-unit condominiums and high rises.
Accomplishments
I helped to develop and expand the department in which I worked. I created a project database for estimating, change orders, billing and tracking of all the projects in my department; a system which greatly increased the efficiency and income potential of the company.
