Prepare major equipment bids; approve purchase of new equipment as appropriate. Represent the company's position and interest in dealing with outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants. Have responsibility for company safety including arranging and coordinating annual fire safety inspections with local fire departments; arranging and coordinating internal safety inspections; and implementing solutions to identified safety deficiencies. Direct all staff on all housekeeping issues, plans and procedures. Direct all housekeeping staff on the proper procedures for bio-hazards, waste disposal, sanitizing, laundry, and anything that has to do with the cleaning of facilities and everything in them. Direct the parts storeroom operation for all facilities.Keep abreast of latest manufacturing technologies and systems and engineering concepts. I am Fluent in German Language. I have a very good understanding of the Polish Language. I can also listen to most of the European languages and have somewhat of an understanding of what people are saying, as most of the languages have a historical Germanic base to them, the words are very similar.
