Responsible for the construction supervision and project management of numerous housing developments, in both NH and Massachusetts. Duties include permitting, subcontractor negotiation, scheduling, coordinating of trades, safety, and quality control. Oversee the developments from raw land, layout, installation of utilities, road work and all infrastructures, to turnkey finish of homes and subdivision. Projects include: 37 home site subdivision in Newmarket, NH, 31 home site subdivision in Brentwood, NH including all permitting, road work, grades, design, marketing and construction.
