Supervised all aspects of new home construction of semi-custom homes.
Managed construction of over 400 homes in multiple developments from dirt through closing.
Responsible for construction and presentation of all homes on or before allotted build time.

Supervised all final punch lists before homeowner walk-through to make sure that each home is 100% move-in ready by time of the initial walk-thru.
