List of work completed by Gerard, Installed eight foot privacy fence, poured small patio slab, replaced old deck w/trex decking material, replaced old cedar siding w/Hardy plank siding,painted and caulked new siding, replaced rotted landscape timbers around floral gardens, replaced ceramic tile floor in small bathroom, constructed 16x20 utility shed with large pressure treated ramp for tractors, installed heavy duty shelving in garage, installed crown molding, chair rail and painted interior of entire house which required several cotes, stripped and re-stained front exterior door, installed set of French doors.
