Nick Kavalary worked for me at M&I Data Services, now known as Metavante Corporation, for nearly 5 years in the capacity of a Network Support Technician. He has a very creative and entrepreneurial spirit that compliments his ability to learn very technical skills quickly, and, easily adapt to multiple shifting priorities and responsibilities.

Nick was one of my key network support technicians providing data comm support in a very complex, multi-protocol, multi-platform technical service bureau environment at Metavante. He did a tremendous job maintaining a high level of network availability by effectively working with Telecom providers and in-house support areas to quickly resolve outages and minimize customer impact.
