Nick Kavalary worked for me at M&I Data Services, now known as Metavante Corporation, for nearly 5 years in the capacity of a Network Support Technician. He has a very creative and entrepreneurial spirit that compliments his ability to learn very technical skills quickly, and, easily adapt to multiple shifting priorities and responsibilities.

Nick was one of my key network support technicians providing data comm support in a very complex, multi-protocol, multi-platform technical service bureau environment at Metavante. He did a tremendous job maintaining a high level of network availability by effectively working with Telecom providers and in-house support areas to quickly resolve outages and minimize customer impact.

Nick also taught himself how to use Netviz which was the network design engineering diagram tool and created network support diagrams and drawings that were then utilized by the entire support staff that he cross-trained for trouble-shooting existing customer issues and certifying all new customer networks before they were turned over to the team for ongoing maintenance and support.

Nick is passionate about delivering quality service to his customers and would be a great asset and great customer advocate to any company that chooses to hire him.

Sincerely,

Marianne Winter (Formerly AVP Network Support Services [at] Metavante)
