Construction Management Projects: Consistently completed on time and under budget. Eldorado High School owner enjoyed bid day savings of $1.25M. Carlinville Elementary School owner enjoyed savings of $450K.
Low Income Housing Projects: Took over the 2.5 year John Deshields project at nine months of progress. The project was six months behind schedule and was completed on time and under budget.
Hard Bid Projects: Profits consistently exceeded original estimate by an average of 2.5%.
Near South Side Redevelopment Project- Completed 33 apartment buildings in 11 months.
Kirkwood High School- Completed $2.5M in construction throughout 8 schools within 10 weeks.

Residential: The Ventana Lofts, $24M building redevelopment: Reduced construction cost projections by 30% within three weeks of employment with little reduction in scope. Completed project on time and under budget.
