Qualifications: Twenty seven years experience in the construction industry. Supervisor in various State DOT projects, municipalities and private work. Supervised approximately 10-135 employees at any given time. Assist in bidding process with take-offs from plans on various projects. Coordinate all subcontractor work to expedite schedule of the project. Can operate many diverse pieces of heavy equipment such as, excavator, paver, loader, and bulldozer. Implement all safety regulations governed by the employer and OSHA. Practice a safe work environment for all employees, as well as the traveling public. Ordering of materials needed to complete a project on or ahead of schedule. Training and advising employees. Daily, on the job site, keeping records of time sheets, daily log, production quantities and cost tracking. Manage company-Accounts payable/receivable; project manager; estimating; surveying. Change order possibilities. Communication with all parties involved with project.
