Led $3 Billion Chevron / PDVSA Liquefied Natural Gas plant, Venezuela team for lean-constructability assessment, facilitated workshop, managed lean modularization strategy development estimated by the team to increase to national content potential by $840 million, avoid $75 million in scope growth, avoid revenue loss of $1,230 million by schedule assurance, reduce operating & maintenance expenses $15 million/yr.
Trained & facilitated lean on PetroCanada project with foremen, design leads & project managers. Team claimed $50 million & six months savings.
