Fulton Homes Corporation Project Manager (July 2004 Dec 2008) -Managed the construction and turnover of 4000 homes in the Phoenix area, ranging from 1,500 to 32,000 sq. ft. (Average 300 homes at a time). -Oversaw all aspects of Construction from underground layout to buyer possession. -Demonstrated multi-tasking skills while supervising and controlling the work of all subcontractors including 15 in-house detailers, and 20 technicians located on multiple sites. -Managed daily project completion and trades coordination. -Assisted subcontractors with execution of work and management of field personnel. -Conducted 4 key phase inspections/punch lists per unit. -Controlled all variance purchase orders. -Demonstrated ability to solve problems, work under pressure, and make decisions. -Initiated blue print redlines and insured contract compliance. -Experience in bid proposals and material takeoffs / estimations. -Worked closely with clients, upper management, city inspectors and architects.
Pulte Homes Superintendent (Dec 2003 July 2004) - Managed the back end of residential construction. Took projects with frames previously built homes and managed construction from hanging drywall to buyer turnover. - Conducted preconstruction to closeout meetings with clients and sales staff. - Performed daily computer updates for all segments of construction - Obtained 100% performance rating on homeowner JD Powers Ratings.
