Professional History: 3-1-2007-12-05-08 Sr. Manager Government and Commercial Contracts Manager Patriot Energy Savings Corporation Over twenty five years experience in strategic development of multimillion dollar systems engineering and performance based contracting activities. Mr. Stoicsitz has developed a federal energy foot print in the Mid Atlantic and North East Regions. This was accomplished by developing structured regional agreements designed to facilitate successful implementation of turn-key energy solutions projects. Turn-key Energy projects ranged from Biomass, Cogeneration, providing alternative sources of energy solutions to the government, lighting, air purification, thermal equalization, heating and infrastructure upgrades resulting in millions of dollars of savings to the Federal Government utilizing third party financing.
Currently Mr. Stoicsitz leads Patriot Energy as an independent energy solutions company, delivering long-term customer service and value through innovative systems, strategies and technologies. Patriot Energy works with customers to reduce operating expenses, upgrade and maintain facilities, stabilize energy costs, improve occupancy comfort levels, increase energy reliability and enhance the environment. Patriot Energy offers a comprehensive approach to energy savings and efficiency, including facility assessments, design review, technology, feasibility studies, and project management assistance, among other services. Patriot Energy provides turn-key energy solutions including providing investment grade audits, turn-key energy conservation studies, energy master plans, utility analysis including on going utility monitoring, and design and implement performance based energy projects.
