Summary of qualifications
South Dakota licensed journeyman plumber. Includes all aspects of commercial and residential plumbing such as Minnesota and South Dakota plumbing codes, service and installation of water, sewer, gas, steam, victaulic, and air pipelines, service of water heaters, faucets, water closets, water softeners. Hydrants, valves and pumps (120V and 220V), shallow and deep well along with submersible, experience changing and rebuilding pumps, troubleshooting lift stations such as pumps, check valves and motors, have worked with stainless steel piping for hydronic and steam heat applications, pressure tanks, knowledge of special PSI requirements in underground piping, installations and service or septic systems, operation of drain cleaning machines, pipefitting and hospital work. Experience also includes removal and installation of boiler heaters for pools, both residential and commercial. Qualification also includes commercial and residential HVAC with special emphasis on compressors and gas codes. Have a South Dakota Class B single unit, RV and farm vehicle license, may tow up to 10,000 lbs. GVWR. Also have a tanker and hazardous material certificate.
Have extensive experience working unsupervised, as well as supervising and organizing the work of others, can read and follow blue prints and special instructions, especially those involving distributing waste properly and handling hazardous materials, and have also worked around Material Data Safety Sheets. Readily capable of constructing estimates and bids for plumbing and HVAC. Have certifications in CPR, updated in 2007, also certified in fork truck and fork lift training, have completed OSHA training (2008) and TracPiping training. Have worked with all other construction fields, and have experience with light welding, sheet metal work, mechanics, duct work installation and demo/clean up, can work in hot and cold conditions easily and readily available to relocate.
