As Project Manager I am responsible for all the construction aspects of a luxury subdivision which includes both townhouses and detached homes. With a staff that includes two superintendents, an administrative assistant and a labor coordinator, I provide daily direction for the construction of all units. My primary responsibilities include master scheduling of all subcontractors for each unit under construction, review of plans, construction documents and start sheets prior to pre-construction meeting, daily oversight to insure both production and quality goals are maintained, approval of all construction invoicing, and coordination with the Sales Manager for contract compliance and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, I provide weekly progress reports, project forecasting, coordination with the purchasing department, and post settlement analyses for completed units.
