Project Manager Provided technical and managerial support along with management of resources, budgets and schedules for the construction of single family homes ranging from $0.7 to $1.5 million. Coordinated utility design and installation with service providers. Responsible for all site coordination issues with property developer. Oversaw the inspection process with Loudoun County officials. Project History Lowes Island / Cascades Section 20A, Sterling, VA New construction of 30 single-family attached houses ranging from $0.7 to $0.9 million. Settled 26 of 30 homes in the first two quarters of 2006 accounting for over 25% of the divisions settlements. River Creek Country Club, Leesburg, VA New construction of 53 single-family attached houses ranging from $0.8 to $1.5 million. Took a new prototype model from beginning stages to mass construction by writing over 100 product revision reports. Accounted for 38 settlements in 2005.

Project Manager Provided technical and managerial support along with management of resources, budgets and schedules for the mechanical HVAC and plumbing portions of construction projects ranging from $1 to $15 million. Reviewed, allocated, and budgeted estimate proposals for construction. Reviewed and negotiated contract terms and conditions. Managed and directed field labor forces and second-tier subcontractors.
