Zachary, Louisiana - Zachary Parkside Apartments - 26 Million Dollar - 260 upscale apartment unit complex. Consisted of 26 ten unit buildings and a club house.

April 2006 - September 2007: McShane Construction Company, Chicago, Illinois.

Projects:
Savannah, Georgia - Springs At Chatham - 23 Million Dollar - 352 upscale apartment complex. Consisted of 22 sixteen unit buildings, club house and pool.

Atlanta, Georgia - Coventry Station - 13 Million Dollar - 168 apartment - 4 story senior retirement building approx. 168,000 sq. ft.

August 2004 - April 2006: Summit Contractors, Jacksonville, Florida.

Projects:
Kalamazoo, Michigan - Apple Ridge - 9 Million Dollar - Three project sites concurrent with each other that included 56 apartments, 34 condominiums, and 39 single family lots.

Newport News, Virginia - Kates Trace - 7.7 Million Dollar - One hundred twelve unit apartment complex. Consisted of 10 three story 12 unit buildings and club house with pool.

Richmond, Virginia -Parham Place - 4.5 Million Dollar - One hundred unit senior citizen complex. Three story building with courtyards, offices, and full kitchen. Approx. 98,000 sq. ft.
