Ive worked on Government projects as well as residential. I am able to manage and coordinate the activities of the subcontractors while maintaining a safe and secure jobsite.

NAVFAC - September 2006 Present
$201 million, Design/Build project that includes 917,000 SF of barracks, simulated marksmanship trainer, parking garage and visitors center. This project also reworked over 75 acres of site infrastructure including roads, sidewalks, utilities and steam lines.
Create agenda and lead weekly meeting for site contractors
Attend all QA QC weekly meetings and respond to any inquiry or comment
Attend and provide activity update at weekly owners meeting and review any upcoming closures, outages or impact to RTC activities. Address comments and make appropriate adjustments to schedules or logistics
Coordinate utility design between disciplines
Submit detailed plans for coordination of vehicular traffic and Recruit Marching Schedules
Maintain continuous access for military and service access to all facilities
Monitor all activities including trenching, crane picks, demolition and abatement and maintain site safety

Project received commendation for achieving 1 million man-hours without a lost time accident extending over 3 contracts at the RTC dating back to 2005

$41 million, design/build project that included 88,000 SF of administrative offices, classrooms, galley spaces, site utilities and infrastructure. The project was constructed in the middle of an active military base and required coordination and re-routing of pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow.

$231 million, design/build project consisting of seven state-of-the-art barracks and training facilities each able to house 1,050 recruits. The installation was coordinated with the on-going recruit training and the last five barracks buildings were delivered significantly ahead of schedule.

Bristol Chicago Development - September 2001 May 2003
$27 million project including construction of 365 apartments in 2 main, 5 wing stick-built structures, clubhouse and pool with health club, locker room, business center and administration facilities, garages and parking area. Contract included 25 acre site development with new utility infrastructure, roads and landscaping.

On-site safety representative responsibilities include conducting start up meetings for all subcontractors, receiving and maintaining all paperwork, conducting daily and weekly walkthroughs of the site, and teaching safety refresher course for all employees on site

Development of custom homes for clients and speculation; tear-down of existing properties and construction of new high-end 3,500 to 5000 sq. ft homes on the north shore of Chicago. Lead superintendent responsible for all phases of construction from permitting to closing, scheduling inspections, creating and completion of schedules and punch lists and managing any warranty work; communication with owners, realtors, neighborhood groups and village officials. During this time over 40 houses were built and sold.
