Consultant Estimator / On Site Project Manager / Superintendent Oct 2006 April 2007 Atlantic Contractors, 8260 Greensboro Dr., Suite A-50, McLean, VA 22102 Preconstruction estimating and management, onsite management and supervision of a 17,000 sf masonry mixed use, office and light industrial building for Geo-Structures Engineering in Purcellville VA. Successfully completed value design engineering to reduce construction costs by $300 K, managed subcontractor and vendor procurement, processed submittals and supervised the base building shell construction from site work to final close in.
Senior Project Manager / Program Director / Design Build Medical 2000 2005 PDI Medical Group, Inc. / Project Developers, 22712 Commerce Center Ct., Sterling, VA 20166-2040 Developed and managed a national design build program for medical imaging facilities. Worked with team to develop and implement an in-house store design and development program. Developed and managed a comprehensive store maintenance program.
