High End Residential Builder of water front communities and homes. Site analysis, drafting of plans and specs, budget development for cost effective buildout.

2000 to 2003 - Associated Builders and Realty, Huntsville, AL.
Sub Division Site Selection and budget development of site. Trained construction managers and onsite agents to set customer expectations to match with dollar value of product. These procedures allowed of 98% of projects to meet 100% acceptenance of finished product with no punch list.

1994 to 1999 - Quad Vest Construction and Real Estate Inc, Baton Rouge, LA. Developed commerical strip shopping developments (build and sell) and rehad of mixed use commerical real estate, office and store front buildings. Project analysis with on site supervision that allowed for 42% increase in Return on Investment.

1990 to 1993 - Woodland Homes, Huntsville, AL.
Project Manager/Construction Manager of Subdivisions. Developed new budgets and suppliers to gain a 14% savings in cost in less than 6 months from directing operations.

1987 to 1990 - SHG Construction, Inc., Foley, AL.
Construction Manager of multifamily apartments in Southeastern U.S. Subcontractor to Condo Builder/Developers. Multiple sites handling logistics of scheduling materials and labor to install framing, cabinetry, and mill work.

1976 to 1987 - M.N. Stuckey Moulding and Dimension, Bay Minetts, AL.
Set up plant for Manufacturing and Marketing multifamily jobs. Job costing and estimating bid work to multifamily projects in Southeast, U.S. Efforts allowed for an increase in sales and installation for an increase of 120% over previous year sales.

1974 to 1976 - Balco Contractors, Inc., Bay Minette, AL.
Assistant Construction Manager, Commerical and multifamily. Projects ranged from $500,000 to $5,500,000. Eslavia Creek Pumping Station, Cathedral Place High Rise Apts., Life Science Bldg. for Uni. South Alabama, all projects in Mobile, AL.

1973 to 1974 - Colonial Mortgage Company, Montgomery, AL.
Construction Loan Area Manager, inspected construction in process and marketed permanent loan using construction to perm to generate record number of permanent mortgages for that 12 month period.

I offer over 30 years of experience and talents while working in single/multifamily residential, commerical construction projects which includes management hands on, job costing, accounting, training work force for a determiniable and profitable outcome.
