Sub Division Site Selection and budget development of site. Trained construction managers and onsite agents to set customer expectations to match with dollar value of product. These procedures allowed of 98% of projects to meet 100% acceptenance of finished product with no punch list.

1994 to 1999 - Quad Vest Construction and Real Estate Inc, Baton Rouge, LA. Developed commerical strip shopping developments (build and sell) and rehad of mixed use commerical real estate, office and store front buildings. Project analysis with on site supervision that allowed for 42% increase in Return on Investment.
