Experience background.
I have had hands on experience in all the following trades; heavy highway construction, bridge building, heavy utility construction, concrete testing, asphalt paving both road systems and commercial property development, survey systems, soil testing, electrical design for lighting and timing systems, mechanical system installations, CMU installation, wall and floor systems. This direct involvement in all trades has provided me with a very well rounded knowledge base. I have been directly involved and responsible for strategic planning and developing. I have written scopes of work, specification manuals, departmental procedures and guide lines.
