Responsible for the daily operation of a 90,000+ S.F. 100 unit assisted living facility. Consisting of a elevated concrete deck over 90+ drilled piers. Plan, schedule and oversee all civil and structural activity. Value Engineering, plan review, SWPPP, OSHA Compliance safety officer, daily, weekly & Monthly reports. Project is R1 & R2 Type 5 sprinkled with areas having 4 hour rated assemblies, 3 story shot-crete assemblies, structural and light gauge steel.

2005-2006Segue Construction, Inc Point Richmond, CA

Responsible for the daily operation of a 63 unit multi-family prevailing wage/government financed project, R-1 type 5 sprinkled. Site demolition of 22 existing buildings including asbestos and lead abatement, fuel tank containment and abatement. Plan review and Value Engineering, set up and management of the project in the Prolog System, managing the RFI, SWPPP and engineering changes and the daily operations of both structural and off site work. Managed the installation and start up of the photovoltaic system.
