SELECTED PROJECTS / ACHIEVEMENTS: Managed an interior lighting retrofit and a BMS upgrade at a 400,000sf parts distribution center for Mercedes-Benz. Managed a cosmetic retrofit for administrative offices for the University of Pennsylvania. Recently completed multiple 5,000 s.f. interior fit-out and stand-alone buildings for Citigroup. The bank projects were all completed under budget and on time in a 12-14 week turnaround. I also managed a 20,000 s.f interior office renovation for Towers Perrin in Parsippany, NJ and a 40,000 s.f. interior office demolition project on two floors in Somerset, NJ.
