EDUCATION:

High School Diploma received in 1990. I am proud to say that my experience and work ethic have been acquired in the field. Even though there may not be a substitute for a degree, working in the field has given me the experience to use strategic thinking in quickly resolving daily situations that benefit and resolve all necessary situations.

SALARY REQUIREMENTS:

Given my experience and length of time in the construction industry, I would prefer my salary to be competitive to similar positions in the industry. However; I may negotiate that figure for the right position, depending on cost of living in said area. PERSONAL INFORMATION:

I am 36 years old and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I share the same love of the building industry, as she is a generational homebuilder. We have 4 children that attend parochial school and are active in volleyball and soccer. I have no body piercing and no visible tattoos. I am drug free and a non-smoker. I have a 2007 Chevy Truck, clean driving record and can pass a background and drug test.

I am an excellent candidate for this position and would be an asset to this firm. I have been self-employed for over a decade. Every sub-contractor and employee should be able to complete their task in an acceptable amount of time and I know what those time frames are.
