The primary elements of the project include; Construction of four independent rail bridges per station; Construction of two temporary station buildings; Removal reconditioning and upgrading of two historically significant station building; Construction of concrete track beds with cast-in-place direct fixation plates, new running and power distribution rail; Procurement and installation of new power distribution and signal systems; Basic infrastructure improvement including sewer and water.
