With 25+ years commercial and residential plumbing experience, I have a great deal of technical knowledge in addition to management skills. I have managed crews of up to 75 men, structured work assignments, ordered materials, held safety meetings bi-weekly per Cal-OSHA regulations, kept timecards, and charted daily work assignments. In addition, I have consistently met deadlines while maintaining a high integrity of work on the job, and keeping waste of materials and costs down. My goal on each and every job is to perform all work to code. Furthermore, I have worked on high-rise hotels, large apartment complexes, commercial buildings, subterranean complexes, custom homes, and residential tract development, while managing and developing the projects. I am currently looking to
challenge my skills with new projects.
