L.B.L.Skysystems
2/1999-10/2001 Ottawa, Canada Supervisor;Andre Martial

As assistant Field Supervisor my responsibilities included layout and installation of curtianwall systems. I directed crews in their daily work projects and tasks. Received and carried out orders directly from the project manager. I was responsible for all daily activities on a specific project. Kept daily logs and timesheets. Dealt with all issues on jobsite and reported back to main office on resolutions. I left L.B.L. Skysystems to pursue my own business.

Williams Steel Erection
9/1991-2/1999 Merrifield Va. Supervisor; Pete Walker

As a Lead Forman my responsibilities included the layout and erection of steel in order to complete building projects. I was also in charge of the manpower on the project, assigning tasks and keeping track of hours. I was also in charge of site safety to make sure the guidelines outlined by the company were followed. I left Williams Steel to pursue the offer presented to me by L.B.L. Skysystems to work within the Glaziers Union.

Avco-Lycoming/Textron
12/1981-9/1991 Stratford Ct. Supervisor; Bob Hall

I started this job with little experience in aircraft quality welding. They started me at an apprentice position and within 2 years I was one of the most skillful welders at the company. Every time they came up with a new part or process I made it my personal goal to achieve the highest standard of excellence in that process. During my time there I received numerous awards and accommodations for my efforts. I held every welding certificate they had. While at Avco/Lycoming I also worked at a company called Treadwell Enterprise, Where they built oxygen generators for submarines. I worked independently at both companies with little supervision. I left the area when work slowed down ,due in part because of cutbacks in defense spending and moved to Maryland when I secured the position with Williams Steel.
