ACHIEVEMENTS
Supervised/Managed various multi-million dollar construction projects for Utility Engineering Corporation at Xcel Energy Facilities throughout the Midwest. Completed a 16 million dollar Air Quality Control System project at Xcel Energy - French Island Generating Plant in LaCrosse. WI.
Provided consulting services and represented 3M Corporation as the On-Sight Director on multiple million-dollar construction projects throughout the United States, and oversaw the one year 69 million dollar construction, completion and start up of a Reflective Tape manufacturing plant in the Peoples Republic of China.
Prevented the shut-down of two nuclear generating plants and saved Southern California Edison company an estimated $50,000,000 by successfully resolving an emergent seismic issue related to Foxboro Spec 200 fault detection equipment.
Developed construction plans and plant systems layouts for the Mohave Generating Station enhancement. Evaluated and up-graded engineering functions and technical processes, assigned and supervised tradesmen and various support personnel in the operations of the facility.
Reorganized and consolidated eleven separate plant maintenance shops within Kaiser Steel Corporation - Fontana plant into one cohesive multi-trade department. Selected, transferred and hired personnel, developed and implemented a computerized preventative maintenance program for all plant equipment, led a major capitalization program acquiring and installing state-of-the art equipment.
Prepared fiscal plans and budgets related to major capital improvements and maintenance programs, labor and materials, MRO inventory, and reported monthly to executive management. Honored by the corporation as the manager of the most organized and efficiently run department.

Evaluated processes and operational procedures to assure consistent compliance to accepted industrial and mandated local, state, and federal standards and regulations related to environmental, safety, labor and social issues and concerns.
Constructed a 63 million dollar, 50.4 Megawatt Wind Generating Farm in Mendota Hills, IL for Navitas Energy. Responsible for civil oversight and completion of Wind Turbine foundations and roads.
Presented comprehensive energy audit engineering proposal to Jamaica Public Service for correction of power consumption for the West Indies power grid.
