Sole proprietorship of a small remodeling company for the past fifteen years has afforded me in depth experience in contract negotiation with clients, materials and labor cost estimating, purchasing, and implementing contract terms to completion. My experience ranges from new construction and residential remodeling jobs, to complete kitchen, bath, and basement remodels, and from the design stages, to punch list, and everything in between. I have the confidence and ability to co-ordinate with other contractors, my own crew, and customers.
