Professional Experience
Production Manager, September 2007 January 2009 Ashford Homes East, Mason, Ohio I managed Dayton Area Communities under construction. The Dayton area is made up of five single-family communities, one town home-style community and some off-site homes under construction. I secured zoning and permits needed for construction. I supervised the day-to-day scheduling of these homes, as well as the training of new supervisors in this capacity. With the help of my team, I completed three new model homes in the Dayton Area. Also, I supervised the renovation and move-in of Ashford Homes new office in Mason, Ohio. In 2008 our team had 9.6 days under construction average while staying under budget on twenty-eight closings. We maintained 100% customer satisfaction at closing survey and customer warranty lists under fourteen days average.
Project Manager, June 2004 September 2007 NVR( Ryan Homes ), Dayton, Ohio I supervised the day-to-day operations of multiple single-family homes. Homes I built were in the $350,000 to $550,000 range in the South-Dayton market. I averaged 9.3 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating while remaining below budget on these homes. I managed clean safe communities where perspective homebuyers would want to live and raise a family. I conducted pre-construction, pre-drywall, pre-settlement and post-settlement meetings with all homeowners. I trained several new supervisors who were promoted into project manager positions.

I maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rating for over two years from 1999 2001. I received Ohio Region Drees Builder of the Year award for 2000. I received Drees Dayton Division Builder of the Year for 2002.
Project Manager, July 1997 April 1998 The Inverness Group, Cincinnati, Ohio I managed the operations of two production home communities in Miamisburg, Ohio. I helped to develop and train many new subcontractors in a new market for this company. I helped to set-up new safety and training programs for framers and other trades in high-risk phases of construction. At this time, most of the homes under construction were in the $170,000 - $220,000 range. I was building this size home in less than eighty construction days.
