Duties include homebuyer meetings (pre-construction, pre-sheetrock, customer orientation, and customer sign off), scheduling vendors and contractors, and all engineer and city inspections. Weekly meetings with Panther Creek sales team and a weekly call to each buyer giving status and projections for the upcoming week. Other responsibilities include pre pour inspections, being on site for each foundation pour (not turn key), frame punch out, finish out, red-lining plans for trades, and overall quality control.
