Established departmental procedures and systems to meet and exceed corporate expectations for goals of vertical construction budgets, job costs and variance. Hired and trained office personnel, production supervisors, and warranty service managers. Developed job descriptions for Production Department, Customer Service Department and the Purchasing Department.
