Homebuilding Supervisor II
Responsible for managing personnel and subcontractors for every phase of the homebuilding process for a fast paced national company. Responsible to meet with homeowners on several occasions throughout the construction process to confirm selections and familiarize them with their home and answer any questions or concerns. Conduct quality walks on a daily basis to ensure a high quality product. Conduct daily OSHA safety inspections and weekly Erosion Control inspections as required. Confirm selections, change orders and plans for each product. Work with architects and engineers to complete repair details, plan error changes and discrepancies. Manage work/repairs on sites to obtain bond release. Conduct the homeowner walk through and take care of any issues. Help service department with issues as needed. Work with land department on any discrepancies on the site per site plan and the developers scope of work.

Manage and supervise in-house personnel and subcontractors from excavation through the home closing for quality and safety standards. Stake out the project on the lot, and set to height, according to the site plan. Order additional materials as needed. Accommodate blue print updates or revisions/corrections. Correspond with the office administration on home selections, change orders, plans, site plans, and settlement. Schedule all work done through the building process, building inspections, and served as a liaison to the homeowner to complete the project correctly for a timely settlement. Conduct quality and safety inspections throughout the building process. Abate all walk- through items and manage service issues as needed.

Roth Custom Carpentry and Flooring 1995-1999

Provide custom carpentry work, additions, renovations, ceramic tile and hardwood installations, and log home refinishing.
