Accomplishments Helped in the development and implemented the installation of a number of precast retaining walls along the Missouri River for the Reading Railroad to stabilize the tracks from sliding into the river. Ive worked in the development of other projects with the installation of Mini Piles, Compaction Piles, Sink Hole Stabilization and help with productivity and safe working environment.

Working as a Field Safety Representative to ensure that ATLAS & MIX ON SITE is in compliance with OSHA and many of the other safety agencies to best of my ability.
Accomplishments Developed an elaborate drill for drilling with helical ties on the water for a bridge project. Ive worked in the development of other projects to with the installation of Mini Piles and help with productivity and safe working environment. Have also worked with void filling and Cellular Concrete. For the convenience of the field and office, redevelopment of grout logs, drill logs, Utility forms, accident forms & reformatted to be used in Spanish and English.

Working as a Field Safety Representative to ensure that Berkel & Company is in compliance with OSHA, MOSHA and many of the other safety agencies to best of my ability.
Accomplishments Designed a shut off switch on the drill on tooliers side for emergency shut off. An elaborate casing rack for storing, shipping & for working with on the job. Have also worked in the development of precast facing to solder piles so as to not infringe on other Patients. Ive worked in the development other projects to help with productivity and safe working environment. For the field and office redeveloped grout logs drill logs, Miss Utility forms & reformatted tieback test sheets to be used on PCs.

Responsible for drawing up budgets, organizing man power, equipment and materials.
Converse issues and offer solutions with Engineers. Draw up project details on the job.
Accomplishments Developed and had patented for TerraTech, an elaborate precast connection to solder piles and soil nailing. Developed bracket attachments for prestressing old existing tieback anchors for bars and strands.

Accountable for creating a budget, organizing man power, equipment and materials. Oversaw all permanent tieback walls with precast facing.
Accomplishments helped with the further development and progress of precast and its installation and connections.
